The Vermont Natural Resources Council (VNRC) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide 100% design plans for removal of Connolly Pond Dam, located in Shrewsbury, Vermont. Proposals must be submitted in pdf format and emailed to kdailey@vnrc.org no later than 6:00 p.m. on December 16, 2021. Late proposals will not be considered.
